Cancellation Policy

Please read through before booking. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to my policies, terms & conditions.

I understand things happen, however, I need to have a cancellation policy in place to protect myself and my business.

​

Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total price of the services booked, with strictly no exceptions.

No shows will not be re booked unless 50% of the new appointment is paid in advance

​

Failure to pay the cancellation charge will mean that no future appointments can be booked & all existing bookings will be cancelled.
